Our founder Mark Thorley is a fully Chartered Architectural Technologist with offices in Manchester & Yorkshire. Mark has over 35 years of experience in the architectural and construction industry and has a straightforward approach to work.
As well as producing creative cost effective designs, we completely understand the 'nuts & bolts' of building, and have developed an art in problem solving. We understand the importance of practical, affordable, deliverable designs.
Mark was also a member of the Society of Architectural illustrators for over 10 years so has excellent graphic communication skills to convey our designs and was also a member of the Faculty of Party Wall surveyors for over 10 years so possess a detailed understanding of Legal issues faced when building near Party walls and how to mitigate problems and avoid lengthy / costly delays associated with them.
